For almost 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading brilliant teams to realise award-winning creative digital experiences. My key to success is clearly understanding my client's challenge and fuse expertise from different disciplines to deliver innovative solutions on time and in budget.
Now running the business development and recruitment arm of Stable, I continue to put into practice my basic principles of working and take pride in putting Stable's consultants and clients first.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
I have been working with Microsoft Technologies for over 25 years (that's right I started when I was only 6!) and I have been working with Microsoft Consultancy Services since 2001.
I am passionate about designing and building solutions that meet business requirements and have solid security principals at their core. Since 2008, I have been heavily involved in developing Stable into a Systems Integrator and a Tier 1 Microsoft Supplier.
The stereotypical image of a Recruitment Consultant is not exactly the best, I’m aware. However, I pride myself on not being your typical “pushy sales-person” but a friendly and helpful source of contact. I will only contact a potential contractor if I believe that the role is genuinely strong-suited to their skill set, and as a result have been providing specialist contractors for our clients since 2014.
Once onboard the Stable team, I am the main point of contact and am available for any questions (or just day-to-day chat!). I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the Stable team and look forward to continually growing within the company.
For over 34 years I have been working as an accountant. With my first 13 years completed in practice with a large independent firm of chartered accountants before moving into industry as a management accountant. During my time in practice I became AAT qualified and a part qualified Chartered Certified Accountant.
I have a wealth of experience in a number of sectors developing strong and valued relationships along the way. I have recently joined the Stable team and look forward to using my experience to assist Stable in its continued growth.
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
I worked for Microsoft for almost 4 years, supporting projects that range from various sectors of the market. One of my core strengths is supporting project delivery to our clients by providing excellent service.
Here at Stable, I intend to continue supporting our clients through technical changes by providing tailored resourcing services to deliver projects within the required scope. Streamlining our internal processes to benefit both our internal and external customers by creating an agile environment for continuous process development is key.
For me, it’s ensuring the last tick of every issue is resolved and every client is a happy customer.
PARTNER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
I bring over ten years of recruitment experience to the team,
predominantly in IT and Tech within the Commercial and Government Sectors. I pride myself on building relationships and delivery on requirements – no matter how diverse.
As a Partner Relationship Manager (PRM), my role will be focused on developing and managing the portfolio of new clients along with driving strategic partnerships in collaboration with the Directors. I will be taking the lead on all recruitment across the new client arm of Stable, further building on our brand in the marketplace.
PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
In one sentence, I introduce Talented People to Talented Organisations. I have successfully partnered with diverse organisations from Start-ups to PLC’s providing solutions to their Senior Commercial and Technical recruitment challenges.
I have been fortunate to have worked with ridiculously clever and innovative people and genuinely feel a sense of pride in having attracted and identified individuals that mirror their commitment for excellence.
My philosophy has always been to work with both Clients and Candidates alike in a transparent and open capacity.
To put it simply, I like to design things. Products, services, websites, interiors, logos. However, my primary interest lies in the practice of sustainable design. Problem solving through creative thinking. I have found this to be most successful within the product and interior design sectors.
Working here at Stable allows me to practice and strengthen my creative skills. I am in charge of branding, marketing and social media, alongside external PR roles. It's never a dull day working here, and I look forward to seeing where the future lies for Stable.
I.T. TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER
From golf coaching in North America, to roofing in rainy Manchester, I have always been eager to explore new opportunities. Beginning my apprenticeship has kick started an exciting career in I.T which has always been a passion of mine.
My primary focus is to build a diverse set of skills in which I can implement into my role here at Stable and contribute to its continued growth. There is a great team dynamic and I am honoured to be part of such and ambitious and supportive company.

HEADS OF WELL-BEING
Our humans have assigned us the most important role - reminding them to take screen breaks and spread pawsitive vibes. We watch them work extremely hard, but we know how crucial it is to have time away from technology.
We sometimes like to practice our sales calls, so keep an ear out when you are on the phone with our humans. We regularly share pupdates on our Instagram account: @the_golden_giants - we hope to see you there!
I'm a very artistic person and have a strong experience within the creative sector having recently graduated with a first in Contemporary Theatre and Performance. Since working at Stable, the business has enabled me to develop my skills through event management and planning.
Stable thrives on connecting people and in 2020, we'll be moving into our new Studios and hosting a range of regular events including workshops and roundtable discussions. My role will be to co-ordinate this programme and having seen what's coming up - we have an exciting and busy time ahead!
